All orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched on the same day, so that the ordered product is with you as soon as possible. Orders placed after 12 noon or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

All shipments are made via DHL.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you have 14 calendar daysfrom the date of receiving your order to do so.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Notify Us – Before sending your return, please email us at hello@gibbarosa.com with a completed withdrawal form. A template is available on our website.
2. Prepare Your Item – The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
3. Secure Your Package – Ensure the item is properly packed to avoid any damage during shipping.
4. Ship the Return – Send your package via courier or postal service with delivery confirmation to:

Please note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Return Processing & Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3 business days.
• If the item meets all return conditions, you will receive a store credit voucher equal to the value of the returned product.
• If the item shows signs of use or is missing tags, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
• We do not offer refunds to bank accounts, but you can use your store credit on any future purchase or exchange the item for another.
