Shipping

After your purchase, we prepare your package within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM or during holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping options:

• Within Europe: 20 Euros, 2-5 business days via DHL Express
• Within Poland: free shipping, 1-3 business days via DHL Express or InPost

Please note, for shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, VAT, or additional costs beyond the purchase and shipping fees.

All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit. 

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery. To return an item, email us at hello@gibbarosa.com within this period, and include your order number. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and markings intact. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If you are outside the EU, ensure the return is marked as such for customs.
• Please use a reliable courier (DHL, DPD, or UPS) and retain proof of shipment with tracking.

Returns will only be accepted if the above conditions are met. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it. If the item shows signs of use or is missing tags, additional fees may apply.
