Shipping

After your purchase, we prepare your package within 5 business days. 

Shipping options:

• Within Europe: 25 Euros, 2-5 business days via DHL Express or DPD
• Within Poland: free shipping, 1-3 business days via DHL Express or InPost

Please note, for shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, VAT, or additional costs beyond the purchase and shipping fees.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns can be initiated through our Request a Return page.

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive store credit to use on future purchases.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be sent back in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached. Please ensure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customers outside the European Union are required to mark the shipment as a return and include the appropriate customs declaration.
• We recommend using a courier service (DHL, DPD, or UPS) and keeping proof of postage and the tracking number.

Once we receive your return, the item will be carefully inspected. Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met. If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing tags, we reserve the right to refuse the return or adjust the amount of store credit issued accordingly.
