Who are you?
Gibbarosa was launched in 2023 as an online destination for vintage and second-hand luxury fashion. Based in Warsaw, Poland, we’re dedicated to curating exceptional items for our discerning customers. Learn more about us on our Our Story page.
Where do you source your products?
We source our products from prestigious auction houses in France and Italy, where the authenticity of each item is verified by experts. We do not purchase from private individuals to ensure the authenticity of everything we sell. We own all the products listed on our website.
Are your products authentic?
Yes! All our products are carefully inspected for authenticity and quality before being listed for sale. Should a product be found to be inauthentic after purchase, we offer a full refund. Our team is always available to answer any questions, and we stand firmly against the sale of counterfeit goods.
Do you have a showroom or a store?
At the moment, we do not have a physical store or showroom, but we are working on it! Stay tuned for updates.

How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog, select the items you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
Do you offer discounts?

What is the warranty when purchasing a product on Gibbaros?
We fully guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell. We offer a 100% refund, including shipping costs, if a product is found to be inauthentic by an expert after purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe to process payments, which supports all major credit and debit cards, as well as local payment methods like BLIK and pay-by-link options.
Shipment
What shipping options do you offer?
After your purchase, we prepare your package within 5 business days.
Shipping options:
- Within Poland: 1-3 business days via DHL Express or InPost
- Within Europe: 2-5 business days via DHL Express
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping within Europe: 20€ (Please note, for shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, VAT, or additional costs beyond the purchase and shipping fees.)
- Shipping within Poland: Free.
All shipments are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes! You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit. Please contact us at hello@gibbarosa.com to initiate the return before shipping the product back.
How do I return a purchased product?
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery. To return an item, email us at hello@gibbarosa.com within this period, and include your order number. The item must be in its original condition, with all tags and markings intact. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you are outside the EU, ensure the return is marked as such for customs.
- Please use a reliable courier (DHL, DPD, or UPS) and retain proof of shipment with tracking.
Returns will only be accepted if the above conditions are met. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it. If the item shows signs of use or is missing tags, additional fees may apply.
