All orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched on the same day, so that the ordered product is with you as soon as possible. Orders placed after 12 noon or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

All shipments are made via DHL courier.

Purchased products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returned products cannot bear traces of use. They must be returned to us in the condition in which they were delivered, with all tags and markings attached. Before returning the product, please make sure that it has been properly secured so that it will not be damaged during transport.

Shipping costs for the returned product are covered by the sender. Please send the products by courier or post with the option to confirm delivery.

Returns will only be accepted if all of the above conditions are met.

As soon as we receive the package, it will be thoroughly checked. If the returned product bears traces of use or does not have a set of labels and markings, it will be returned to the sender within 3 working days.

Money for the return is transferred to the account no later than within 14 days of submitting the return. We try to get the transfer to your account as soon as possible!
